HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground.  For express delivery orders must be placed before 11am PST or they will be shipped the next business day. Signature upon delivery is not required.

CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENTS OF MY ORDER?

If you would like to change the contents in an order, please contact our customer service team at CARE@SHOPRHODE.COM. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, amazon pay, paypal, shop pay, facebook pay, google pay, apple pay, and klarna. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders.

WHAT IS SALES TAX AND HOW IS THIS CALCULATED?

Applicable sales tax is calculated where the merchandise is being shipped to California. International orders are excused from US sales tax, but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country’s customs.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS?DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders above $150. Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Signature upon delivery is not required. 

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Ground: Delivers 7-10 days after processing.

1 Day - $35 flat rate - Orders must be placed before 11AM PST or will be shipped the next business day.

At this time we do not offer: Saturday delivery, Delivery To P.O. Boxes, Ground Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or canceled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email. 

WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY?

We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles warehouse, excluding weekends and holidays. Your order will be shipped pending order volume. International shipments are sent via UPS. Via our integrated Zonos checkout, you are required to pre-pay all duties and taxes at checkout so that the item is delivered straight to your door and there will be no additional costs to you.  

What is the return policy?

We accept and offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Final sale items and items that are 40% off or greater are final sale and will not be refunded. 

International returns will only be accepted at the cost of the customer, inclusive of shipping charges including taxes and duties. Merchandise that is eligible may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our return policies.
